During the last service, they have charged me fully for a repair (\change of stabiliser\) that they have NOT done. This is outrageous. When picking up the car, I have asked the guy at the counter explicitly whether this repair was done, and his answer was \YES\. I have later realized the truth by looking under the car myself.
